Of course MPG has gone down. But the lag is virtually gone in D mode, and gone gone in DS mode.

I'm sure this has been answered before. How does this mod effect the BMW warranty on the engine? Sounds like a cool mod and a way to avoid buying the 8 instead.

How much? 1 mpg, 3 mpg?

Ex: Set at 75 mph on the freeway I get about 22 on a long trip

Ex: Driving mostly in the city, I probably get 17 or so.

Under normal, non-spirited driving, what could I expect to get with the tune?

BMW does not warranty their engines modified by Dinan.
However, Dinan will warranty the engine that BMW will not.

Right. Essentially, the DINAN warranty mimics the BMW Factory warranty. And since DINAN authorized BMW dealers (for the most part) s=do the work, it makes warranty work relatively painless.

Hard question to answer, because the tune encourages spirited driving, and I don't track this. But purely anecdotal, I'm getting roughly 40 miles less per tank. So that's probably under 2mpg less than before. But it could be worse. Again, I haven't tracked it.

Considering the Dinan Stage 2 tune for my 35i Prem. I do NOT have the Sport Activity or M-Sport packages. Just OEM 19" wheels. Are there any brake or suspension issues I should be aware of?
