2012 X5 xDrive 40d - Judder in Parking on wheel turn

New joiner to the forum so please bear with me if I don't sound sensible with BMW 4x4. Have no experience of 4x4 whatsoever. However I do have fair bit of experience in E60 and E8x chassis particularly in coding and mods.

Recently bought 2012 xDrive 40d. 7 seat option, many other gadgets.

In parking when I turn my wheel to either side and gas it slightly I feel a bit of shake, judder, as in one front wheel, which is diagonal due to steering turn is being pushed forward or reverse, instead of following its directed course of turn. Straight moving is not a problem, it is only in turn. Is this normal? My E60 535d doesn't do it, but that is only rwd.

Car is still under warranty, is this something I need dealer to look at? I don't want to waste time at dealer if this is normal.

My X feels no different whether I'm turning full lock or going in a straight line.

Just curious if you had the dealer check this out. Mine has been doing the same thing and is at the dealer now, but the source hasn't been found.

No, I haven't booked my car yet. It might go in for long hence I don't want to leave new ride with the dealer while I should be riding it across the country this summer. I will give it to them next month.

Did they confirm it to be a problem, not usual "heavy car" crap?

I can feel this judder more on the turn when I touch the gas padel, only when power is being applied not when it is coasting etc. Is this same in your x5?

Yep - it feels like when you would put a jeep in 4 wheel drive mode and make a turn in dry pavement. I'm having no drivability problems otherwise. They seem to think its a problem though. Mine is a '12 35i.

Also, I only feel it when turning from a stop - basically every time I back out of a parking space and begin my forward motion while turning left or right.
