yes you can use spacer without the fender flares, honestly the front flare is less than 1/2 and inch,
rear is about an inch.
i would have used the same size spacers regardless
What about alignment, after spacers I understand an alignment is a must, what about after installing lowering springs? My guy said he will charge $400 to install lowering springs (is that a fair price)?

If I do spacers on the back and not on the front will it look funny?

NO alignment after spacers.
and 400 is pretty damn high.
normally i pay $300 at a top tier shop (coilovers or springs, hoenstly springs are more work).
i paid a tech off the books $150 installed

likely isnt sure of what the install is like on an x5.
rear is actually very easy, 1 bolt and you lower the control arm, then just compress the spring and pull out.

So.. some goodies have started to come in. Changed the grill to matte black, came from turnermotorsports.com. Good price, fitment almost oem, no complaints. The interior leds came from super bright leds, $6 a piece. Perfect red glow, exactly what I wanted.

im still using them with my 21" wheels haha (still need an alignment to correct camber from lowering, so they should be a little more tucked after)
Hey, do you have any extra pics of the front and back of the car so I can get a better idea of how the wheels look with the spacers.

Thanks
