Speakers are Dead

So I brought my 2010 X5 in for service last week and picked it up on Saturday. When I dropped it off the car speakers were working, when I picked it up all audio output was dead. No radio, no cell phone, no voice command, nothing. Does anyone have any ideas, other than the the obvious one - the knuckleheads cut the speaker wires? Thanks

The amp is gone or a fuse is blown.

What were they doing to the X5? It is possible that they disconnected something. Take it back and have them fix what they messed up.

Is the seat belt chime still there? That, annoyingly, comes out of all speakers.
