Anyone running 20x11 with 315/35/20 non-staggered setup?

I don't believe you could. The inside of the tire would hit the upper a-arm on the front. Try swapping your rear tires with the front and see if they would hit the a-arm.

I know they fit on an e53 so I don't see why it wouldn't fit an e70

I had aftermarket 20" wheels/tires that I had on my 2006 E53 that I tried to fit on my 2011 E70 and the inside of the tire would in no way clear the upper a-arm. I would need at least a 2" spacer for it to clear. I don't remember the exact size of the front tire but they were 295's or smaller.

Just fitted 4 new boots, Dunlop/BMW RFT's Front 275x30x20 & Dunlop RFT's Rear 325x30x20, cost an arm n leg but safety is best
