Radio noise when rear window heater on

I have this terrible jam of the radio when I turn on rear window heater. Seems like radio reception is seriously jammed by the heater. Anyone know what this could be?

I believe the antenna,or at least the antenna diversity,is in the rear window, and the harness for it runs along the wires for the rear window heating.I would suspect a bad ground connection of the window heating or the upper hatch frame it self.Could be the antenna diversity, which is an antenna multiplexer distributing aerial signal to the multiple units in the car that need it.

Found the diversity box and tried to disconnect the connector that give power to the heating of the window (black and blue) that seriously reduced the noise when heating was turned on but didnt remove it completely. I suspect I have to change the diversity box. Opened and inspected and cleaned it with electronic cleaner together with all the contacts but no help.

Used to have this issue in my old E46. Never looked into though and I'm selling the car now, so no hurry to fix it! lol
