X5M brakes on 2011 X5d

(1) I understand that the X5M front calipers will fit the non-M X5 but will Style 210 wheels (my 18" winter wheel) fit over the calipers and rotors?

(2) Are the rear X5M brakes an upgrade over the non-M X5? It looks like the X5M rear rotors are larger but the caliper is the same. Will Style 210 wheels fit over the rear brakes?

(3) If I understand correctly, all I need for the front are calipers, rotors, pads and brake lines for the front and caliper bracket, rotors and pads for the rear. Do you agree?

(4) Are there any larger size calipers/rotors, OE or otherwise, that will allow the use of Style 210 wheels?

It appears that the hub sizes vary fore and aft on the X5M like the X6 being 74.1mm in the front and 72.56mm in the rear. That means I'd have to bore the X5M rear rotors to 74.1mm to fit my rear hub.

Correct - the 19" style 298's were made to be the winter setup for the X5M / X6M and they clear the rotors/calipers just fine.
