Spare Tire ?

Does BMW offer a spare tires kit?

I'm almost sure I don't have one, I'm getting the car Sat.

The car has 19' run flats I'm taking off as soon as I get it.

Thanks for the help.

I'm seeing BMW part number 36110007376 for the space saver kit. You should also be able to use an E70 kit on the F15 as the underpinnings are pretty much the same - but double check this before purchase.
I'm not sure if the spare kit will fit under the cover in the trunk without a change of trim.

.
That is correct...in fact, if you click on the 11 digit BMW part nbr listed in the database...it will give you an "application fitment"...which shows all the other BMW models that use the same part.

When you do that in this case...the e70/e71/f15/f16 all appear to use the same "retrofit emergency wheel".

The dealer does not offer a spare or any parts. I found a kit offered at ECS Tuning.

The kit comes with a space saver aluminum rim and space saver tire, jack, lug wrench, and tire wedge. I had to modify/cut the Styrofoam insert for the tools, must be out of another model.

It fits perfectly in the spare tire well without securing it with and eyelets bolt and nut. It wont go anywhere.

I took off the run craps and installed Pirelli Scorpion Verties. Awesome ride. The spare is expensive $800 but with it, all BMW tools and tire. ECS Tuning only had a 18" wheel and I made them find a 19" to fit my car, hopefully they will update there system, these cars came with 18-19 & 20" tires. The tire is still smaller than the stock outside rolling dimeter and hope it wont hurt the Xdrive.

My first 2 emails were very detailed, it keeps erasing all my work so this is my last try and hope this posts.
