FS: New low cost OEM e70 4.8i Alternator and Main tensioner Pulleys
 

The e70 4.8i n62 has a unique set of pulleys that are different than the n62 cars had. Apparently the aftermarket is not interested in supplying them.

The cheapest I was able to find the OEM pulley+tensioners was about $200 combined!

I was able to source OEM pulleys for the main tensioner and the alternator tensioner at a good price and am now selling them at $85 for the pair!


By replacing only the pulley without the tensioner a lot of money can be saved on these. There is really no reason to change the tensioners given that the pulleys are what wear out.

Both pulleys together are $85 shipped.

These are the same INA pulleys which were the OEM pulley for BMW. They come with a 1 year warranty.

I was NOT able find a good option for the main belt idler pulley but that can be found for about $60 online making it the least important one to source.

Any money I make on these will go toward paying off my recent e70 4.8i engine replacement that was required after my engine literally drank the water in Mexico last October...
