No longer for sale: 2001 Facelift 3.0i 85k miles

Hey everyone - so before I dismantle my X5 and trade it in I thought I'd give you guys a shot at it. Its Topaz blue on tan. Just under 85k miles. Auto, Premium Pkg, Cold Weather Pkg, PDC.

Upgrades include:

Facelift w/ 4.8is front bumper
Euro Xenon Headlights
2004-2006 taillights
2004-2006 M sport steering wheel
Wide front and rear fender flares
Dice Ipod system

Its on 17" wheels right now but Ill throw in the 19" Y-spokes that I have as well - they need tires though. I also have the original sheet metal which I can include as well. And a bunch of random parts too

Repairs:
Both rear window regulators were replaced, Oil separator, Final stage resistor, brakes were replaced about a year ago, Drivers side CV boot, Mobil 1 oil changed regularly.

*Updated: Thermostat, water pump, both belt tensioners, pulley, and both belts. Air filter and fresh air microfilter.

What remains:

The AC is not blowing cold.
The front bumper does not sit flush b/c the radiator support was not switched to 2004 spec (fixing in process).

I'm trying to give you guys full disclosure - I dont want to screw anyone or have any surprises. Perfect for a DIYer or someone willing to spend a bit of cash to get it perfect.

Dealer wants to give me $10k and I figure I can get at least 2k if I part out.

...Therefore $12k takes it.

If you don't mind me asking - i also have a 2001 3.0i. And those headlights look amazing. How did you upgrade them? and how much did it cost? Thanks.

Upgrade involves swapping out the hood, fenders and bumper - everything bolts right up. Pretty pricey if you're using new parts from BMW.

Is the Hood required to do the facelift swap ??

Or just headlights, fenders and bumper ??

BTW: Are you parting out your facelift mod ??

Hood is required also. Im not parting it out right now but I will when I collect some parts. I will post another thread when these are for sale - would probably have to be local too because of the size.
