If it's from a 2000-2003 4.4i then it should fit a 3.0i just fine. I'm not so sure about the 2004+ due to changes in the engine (valvetronic)

It should fit fine. I got my Eisenmann from someone who had it on his 4.6.

I have a 2004. I don't really know what its worth. Do you have a number in mind? I'm hoping it fits my car. Does anyone have a side by side picture of the two?

There's no guarantee these part guys would know. These are unconventional things to them.

My service guy talked to the tech and he mentioned the difference in engines. They said they will call the regional tech to confirm. I'm hoping it will fit with no problems.

Dude, just keep your exhaust and save your money! You will not see any power gains with the 4.6is exhaust. If anything, it may sound a little better but is that worth over $1200? I know the weld job may look messy now but once you drive it for a while, the inside of the tips will be black and you won't even know the difference...
