(1) Style 57 17" wheel.

After upgrading the wheels on my '01 4.4i from 18 to 19", I did a complete swap, including putting in an 18" spare. Now I have tires sitting in my shed from my Acura and my BMW's that My fiance said, "They have got to go!" So they are going!. lol

So I have a "New" Style 57 17" spare tire with the standard Michelin Energy MXV 4 Energy tire on it. The size is 235/65/17. Now I have not used the spare tire, but this tire should have 10/32nds. As you can see from the pictures, it is a tiny bit above 9/32nds CORRECTION: THE SPARE HAS BEEN USED. I CHECKED THE BOLT MOUNTING HOLES AND THERE IS SOME WEAR, SO A WRENCH HAS BEEN PLACED IN THERE.

The wheel is in perfect shape. It does not include the center cap. But has a Valve stem cap! lol

I am selling it for $100.00, but open to offers. I don't want to ship it, but if you would like me to ship it, buyer will need to pay the shipping cost.

Thanks guys.

too bad it will not fit on the 4.8iS brakes... Is the spare wheel compartment in the trunk of 4.8 same as the rest of E53 line-up? I wonder if a regular 18" full-size tire will fit in there...

Ya know, I don't think so. I was actually a bit aggravated about that. Now I know the 17" style 57's won't fit, but I have a set of 3.0i sport 18" wheels. SO I am gonna throw snows on there and that will clear the 4.8is calipers. But... When I first got the 4.8is and looked at the spare tire, its 19" true donut tire. Plus the 4.8is, I guess all face lifted models have a fiberglass cover that goes on top of the spare tire and then the load floor. On the '01, it is just the load floor over the tire. So the set of 63's I got came from a 01-03 4.4i Sport. So the 18" spare tire, I assumed would fit in the spare tire location, it doesn't. The load floor doesn't close flat. So the load floor is pitched right now. I unclipped the back and locked in the front. It is something my father can live with. But it ticks me off. So I don;t know if the load floor design is different on the 01-03 4.4i sport models compared to non-sport.

in my '02 4.6 i have that fiber subfloor you are talking about, and the 19" donut under.. regular floor, not a slide-out version...

the '06 4.8 has the same 19" donut, the fiber subfloor and raised up slide-out floor...
