Sprint/Nextel and X5

I currently have a Moto V710 (CDMA technology, on Alltel) that works flawlessly with my X5 via Bluetooth. If I decided to switch carriers to Sprint/Nextel, would I be able to have as good an experience? I see they have at least one BT phone (i870). Has anyone tried to pair this phone with their X5?

for any of those with newer cars....i have a 2005 bmw x5, and just found out it has bluetooth, sure enough, i searched for it with my 870, linked them, and i gotta say its the coolest thing ever. ill be listening to my ipod, or cd whatever, when i get a call, it stops whatever i was listening to and my ringer goes off through my stereo system and i can talk to the person through it, everything is so crystal clear is ridiculous, it uploads my phonebook too, and displays all my contacats on my navigation screen.............i was so happy to find this out, also i was able to have my 870 connect with my mac laptop and transfer information through that, and able to get internet using my 870 as it connection. never loved bluetooth so much

Thanks, guys. I guess BT with the X5 is possible, and that wouldn't be a hold-up to me switching, if I ever chose to do so. I think I still have a year or so left on my contract, though. I have to check.
