INAV 12.3 Android 11 unit

Hi guys, I purchased an INAV 12.3 Android upgrade for my X5 E70 a couple years again and it worked great until recently.
Now sadly I'm getting a pretty noisy signal through the AUX cable connected to my car that has the HiFI pro amp setup. Sound is muffled and getting worse compared to connecting to my X5 via bluetooth.

I called the shop I bought it from and they said sometimes the noise filters can go on these units and he recommended I pull out the unit, remove the filter and reinstall.

Anyone had to do this yet with this unit or with an Avin?

Anyone have any pics of the filter they could share so I know what I'm looking for?
