IceLink and scrolling with the nav dial?

I'm helping my parents figure out their IceLink and I'm about 600 miles away so I haven't had any hands on experience to help them out.

We finally figured out how to Select the entry and get into the sub menu. I kept mentioning the Fast Forward to Select and they were looking for a Fast Forward button :-) Once I told them to Press the Next Track, they were able to move around more.

About scrolling when they are in the Menu.. Artist, Albums, etc.

Pressing the Next Track and Previous Track buttons could take a while.

I mentioned the Navigation dial, but they say nothing happens.

I've confirmed they have the latest firmware v22.b2 and the description for the firmware mentions its use

"Allows you to scroll through ice>Link menu items using the navigation dial"

Any idea what we are missing?

Are there any tutorials preferably with screen shots? This would be a huge help.

thanks.
