Upgrade to TV/NAV

Hi all. Just purchased a used 3.0 L X5. It has the radio with cassete player and CD changer on the trunk. I'd like to install the wide screen unit. I have already found many on EBay.

Can you tell me if the wires harness is already installed or I have also to buy/install the wires?

I understand that I will also need the TV tuner to be installed. Am I correct?

For TVonNAV, you're going to need the complete kit. We have them here on our site:

BMW TV on NAV Complete System for e53 X5

This will connect to your factory NAV and tuner in the trunk and allow for a TV selection on your screen. Installation is about 90 minutes total.
