Is there a basic NavTweak tutoroial somewhere?

I want to make a custom splash screen for my MKIV nav system and I've been online for the last 2 hours trying to figure out how to do it.

I got as far as installing NavTweak, which I think is the tool I need. But I can't get any further with it. What file should I be opening in order to edit the nav software? I have the .CUE, .BIN, and .TOC files that I used to update my system to V32. But NavTweak can't open any of those files. It also can't open any files directly off the CD or DVD.

I also found an .ISO file of the V32 software, but can't open that either.

I skimmed through all 64 pages of the NavTweak thread here, but didn't see any basic instructions like "Open File X, located in this folder". Is it there and I just missed it?
