Question about starting the vehicle and NAV display

Each time I start the car, I hit "Accept" (which is normal), but then my NAV always displays the menu of options and I have to scroll down to "map" and select it. Is there a way to set a default so I can just hit Accept and be done with it?

Both my previous M5 and my current M3 remember the mode i am in when I turn the car off. I usually have the map displayed while driving and shut the car off with the map displayed. When the car is restarted the map (or the last selected screen) displays again. Long ago i dispensed with the accept screen with software downgrade/upgrades and from what I understand version 27 automatically dispenses with the accept screen after 8 seconds

Same here. The only mode that won't come back automatically for me is "Monitor Off" - wish it did though...

It takes less than 5 minutes...put the disk in and wait for it to eject itself
