Yes. Easy to fit. It's called a reverse back-up camera

Automatically comes on the screen when you select reverse.

Extremely easy to fit for a car that is equipped with TV, you can use any NTSC mirror-image camera and add it yourself.

Hardest part is figuring out where to physically mount the camera. That depends on what camera you get.

eBay has loads of reversing cameras available.

any one will do, it must be NTSC and it must be mirror-image.

Which means you are best to buy from China or the USA, but not from the UK as the UK is a PAL country.

I think BMW made that too. I just installed one on my E46. I bought that off ebay, with BMW installation manual and wiring hareness.

I dont have any part number for that.

I can take a picture of how it look like. I have a E46 323i.

The BMW reserse camera kit will replace the "switch" that between 2 number plate lights. next to the camera, there is a button will replace the original switch.

because it is from BMW, it looks 100% factory and people is hard to tell you have a reverse camera installed.

Thanks for the picture. Does it co-located at the rear hood release switch? How long does it takes for you to install?
