Early TCU has no SES, later TCU has SES in multi-languages

Question!

Does the iBus need the LSZ master controller to be present for the iBus/navcoder to work? I have powered up a TCU from a bench supply and am trying to talk to it with navcoder, but ony get iBus timeouts.
The TCU is powered up, booted and drawing 0.4A.

You don't need an LSZ but you DO need a pull-up resistor on the bus. Anything from 1k to 100k would work.

Then if still not working, contact me privately via email for more tips :-)

Thanks, the pull up nailed the comms

This is as far as I get, hitting Read TCU gives me a new timeout (possibly as the IKE is not present), and I can't enable BT and SES.

See my email to you, which I will write tonight :-)

PS: to do all the special things you want to do (as in your email to me) you need to register NavCoder

Hello all,
I'm new here... or better... I'm a long time lurker of your awesome community and just registered a few days ago.
I'm from italy and wanted to give my little contribution by translating NavCoder in Italian as the italian language file which comes with the software looks kinda like an automated translation.
I already sent a PM to Kiwi asking for a way to share it, but I got no answer and I'm not even sure he got it at all (maybe, as a new user, I cannot send PMs'..?!?), so I thought I may post my question here.
If this is the wrong place, feel free to delete this post.

Regards
