POI editor finished. The only thing to do is modify the navboot to add sound notification.

Information

Nomad,

What sound will be used ?
Will the user be able to change sound or will it be stored by yourself ?

Keep up the magnificent work.

Alert will be assigned to one of unused phrases in voice file, so you can change it using NavSpeak utility. It will be possible to define separate phrases on entering/leaving alert area and send custom I-Bus messages.

3. You can do it with NavSpeak for a while, but I'm thinking about all-in-one program to patch software, change icon, voice and manage POI.
4. Bulls eyes will be keept in the database, but will be invisible.
Nomad, why is it not possible to use an existing POI class for the alert? Do you need to store additional information for this alert feature? I have e.g. radar POIs on my DVD already, so will it be possible to re-use those somehow?
