MKIV crash during upgrading to V32

I have read 100s of articels in severel fora about this topic, but no one seems to give the answer to the problem.
My screen went black during the upgrade and I did try with new CD burnt in way described, but nothing happends.
I will now get an original BMW CD and try reinstall the software.
I can only issue a WARNING if you try to burn your own CD and upgrade with this. You can be in major trouble.
If the original BMW CD dosn't do the job, has anyone a solution to the problem.
Please do not link to previous articels - I read them all

Thx.
I downloaded a v21.1 and v29 from Index of /nav
They are both .rar files and shall be extracted. Then you get three files which only can be unpacked with CloneCD. This program will burn the actual files directly to your CD.
I first installed v21.1 and then upgraded to v29 and it works. I haven't found a useable v32 to download, but I will search for it - any help?
