Nav retrofit on 2002 4.4

I recently purchased a 2002 4.4, it does not have factory nav, and I would like nav. I looked at a few aftermarket (pioneer etc) options but I think the beauty of the HU is compromised. Can I have Nav retrofitted into my dash? Can I also have satellite radio installed. Thanks do much for your help, I am very impressed with the depth, knowlede and love shown about these vehicles. Looking forward to joining the crowd. My first BMW
