Region free dvd players

Does anyone know of a dvd headrest system that is multi region, so that discs form the USA and Europe will play , I called Vizualogic about their in headrest dvd player/monitors but they told me that they are set for Region 1 but they also sell them in Europe so they can play Region 2 discs. What I need is the work around to ' hack ' the software to make them region free.

But...but...that's a violation of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act!

Oh I forgot about that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
It is just a system to try and screw more money out of people, the fact that discs are bought all over the world on the internet makes the coding system a joke.I wish they would scrap it.Then manufacturers of HiFi equipment could spend all their develpoment budget on the new technology and improving their equipment and less on stupid coding software which is basically pointless.
BTW just my opinion !!!!!.

Do you really want DVD stores in the US trying to compete with DVDs sold at retail in Beijing and imported here?

You bought one of the most expensive SUV's out there... why wasn't that " a system to screw money out of people"?

You are just rationalizing your resistance to playing, and paying, by the rules.

It is not an issue of paying for the discs, it is just the fact that like many europeans I have discs from more than one region, having lived in different places. So why cant I have a system in my car that will play all my DVD collection that I paid full price for, I never buy 'knock off' or pirate DVD's.
The whole coding issue just seems pointless in todays global market place. My main beef is realy region 1 and 2.The funny thing is that most in-car dvd systems will play PAL and NTSC so they are pre manufactured for both systems so why region code them.
I realy want the Vizualogic headrest , I love the idea of having the players in the headrests, but they only sell them set at region 1, but ironicaly they sell them in europe as region 2 !!!!!!!!!!!!.
