How do you remove the 6 1/2 speaker from the big plastic baffle?

I see it's glued and I don't want to break the plastic baffle.. I'm trying to install DSP speaker into a non-DSP baffle... Thanks.. Mark

Seriously, you have to be far more careful NOT to stab yourself than you have to worry about breaking the plastic baffle, dude. Score and pry.

So just break the glue between the baffle and the speaker with a knife and pry? I'll try it how much cutting did you have to do all around and how deep did you have to cut? Thanks..
