2010.1 Nav Disc Error. :(
 

Hey guys i'm having a problem with the 2010.1 Pro disc in my friends 2006 e90 he originally has a 2006 nav disc and when insert the 2010 disc i get dvd error.
but i also tried the disc in my neighbors E70 and it worked fine. Is this cause of an old firmware? whats your thoughts.

Likely. Ensure the E90 has the latest firmware - and he can only upgrade at the dealer

So read out the firmware version first and compare with other E90s....

Otherwise, ensure the DVD map is correct for the vehicle...
