i look younger than i am, and when bmwsf actually had a large fleet of loaners, i got to have one.
to the service advisor, i'm the "kid that comes in every month because of all his problems"...i'm somewhat close to my advisor. but when i go to another dealership, no benefits

I got respect from my service advisor for the past 2 years. That is, until he left recently. I found out when I scheduled a service appt for this coming Tues. Some newb that wants to charge us for a rental/loaner car (getting a BMW loaner is like winning the lottery- almost no chance) took over.
I know that I'm technically not allowed rentals and loaner cars. Thats why my parents always go with me.
