When the needle is on E, you're out of fuel Lol! Morons at Ferrari need to pay attention to the basics.

"Both the win and the title were, however, cruelly snatched away when Toni Vilander’s No. 62 F430 GTC spluttered to a halt out of fuel just half a lap away from the checkered flag. The class win was taken by the No. 4 Corvette C6.R of Gavin-Magnussen-Collard, with Vilander and his team mate, Gianmaria Bruni, ultimately classified third behind the Extreme Speed Ferrari of Sharp-van Overbeek-Farnbacher. The Manufacturers’ title went to BMW, with BMW Rahal Letterman also claiming the Teams’ Championship. "

Way to Go Corvette Racing!

Indeed.

This makes me laugh though:

YouTube - “Fernando is faster than you, Can you confirm you understood that message?”

I guess their budget could afford the penalty.

The Vettes "stink" because they're so fast that the ALMS rules make them carry extra ballast to slow them down and "level the field". It's also the first year running in GT2 instead of GT1, next year all the BMW's and Ferrari's will see is tail lights.
