Great pics, mD. The 132 wheels really change the look.
I like E53 so much that I picked one of the most modded and babied Estoril X5 4.6is from a member here last year. I guess you know who. Using as my daily driver and enjoying it.

Ricky Bobby will become famous soon enough
Great pics of the '01 mD, she still shines as good as 12 years ago! Your E53 is my inspiration to keep mine and keep it as clean as you do!

Now we need shots of the hog and the Vette Vert! haha

LeMans: Thanks...the 132s were the best mod I could make. Oh wait, they are the only 'mod' besides the rare/extinct BMW center cap spinners.
I recall reading you grabbed "Estoril X5 4.6is from a member here last year. I guess you know who"...Titz car, and yeah some of us know 'who'. He has the Mopar Madness these days.

SlickGT1: Thank you...if the ol'bomb is clean, I will shoot more on her 13 birthday, coming up in Sept.

RB, Thanks...it isn't pristine anymore, but what old car is. I've bored the board to unconsciousness with VetteVert pics, I think. The '75 Shovel is in situ, in a corner of the garage. It starts first kick, and will run, but needs a rear brake MC rebuild, and it's low on my list of TTD. Have been looking for a shop within a few hours of 'here', to get some serious rebuild work done on it, but there aren't any. I have good ideas for it, but there is simply a dearth of HD wrenches, literally within hours, of our Mtn joint.

Not the Mopar guy, but the guy from new England. Not sure if you met him at CT meet. I still have the 4.8is as well++. I collect X5s..

Nice pics, mD.

I like the 132's. My salesman talked me out of them (ordered around Aug 03, before there was a picture available of the facelift + 132's). Not all lost though as I got some 20" Rial Racing, close to E39 M5 style, wheels which are my favorite. Two key advantages to the RR's:

- They are gunmetal so they don't show brake dust (at all!).

- The design fits the wheel wells and discs even though they are 20". I went for 9.5 all around so I can rotate them back to front.

Maybe I'll take some pics for my 4.4's 10th birthday in October... 32K mostly highway miles.

Hey P,
10 yr old X, and 32k Miles?!

You need to park the F & P Cars more often, and take your X out for a spin!

My CEO is now a whole HDCP Index point less than me; begging her for strokes,

Last couple of years, I've put less than 1.5k a year on the old X. She's in retirement, like you.

Soon, I'll have to ask V for strokes too Playing twice a month doesn't help maintain a good game, at least with my (lack of) talent. I'm having more fun though. Used to be that I got upset if I didn't break 80. Had a fun round yesterday: +3 on the back, but the front was terrible +9 (3 pars, 3 bogeys, 3 doubles). Better than the other way around
