Oh, by the way, I'm one of the uninsured (8yrs), but that does not mean I don't get healthcare. I see my doctors regularly, buy my own prescriptions, and it's still less than any healthcare plan out there. (as if I could buy any, seeing that I'm over 300lbs) When they ask "What's my insurance?", I tell the CIF, Cash In Fist. My last medical bill was 25% off because I paid then'n'there. A 6hr Emerg room stay a few years ago was reduces from over $2700 to just over $1100. You tell them you are paying cash(or CC) and the deductions start rolling out because the don't have to deal with the haggling and delays from the insurance companies. I will never understand how adding a layer of bean counters between me and my doctor is going to "save" money. It seems to me that costs go up due to delayed payments and time consuming paperwork.

Wow! Umm... I guess? I wouldn't take that chance... especially with a wife and kids. I prefer the security of health coverage.

I guess it is like Chris Rock said:

You know what's worse than taxes?
What's worse than tax is insurance.

You got to have some insurance.

They shouldn't even call it insurance.
They just should call it ''in case sh!t.''

l give a company some money
in case sh!t happens.

Now, if sh!t don't happen,
shouldn't l get my money back?

BTW, that first video with the woman talking with Barney Frank was actually a LaRouche supporter. For those that do not know, LaRouche is a perennial candidate for president, and many times ran under the Democratic ticket. He is known to be extremely left on the political spectrum.

On his PAC web site, LaRouchePAC he frequently makes references to the Nazis and Hitler.

Hey, stop it...you're ruining the argument with pesky facts.

Yeah, if I had the wife & kids, I'd have health insurance (and still be working). But it's just me, myself, & I..., so I'm not working, living off my IRA dividends, traveling, and living the "retired" life.
