pay czar

I don't see how the Pay Czar can cut pay guaranteed by contract law, but if he really wants to cut pay & benefits of non-performing executives receiving taxpayer money, I suggest he start with Congress

When part of Chrysler was handed over to the UAW in contradiction of federal bankruptcy laws which protect the contracted rights of the secured bond holders, we essentially abandoned rule of law. The pay czar is just another step down the road.

Many believe these czars powers are unconstitutional.

Didn’t this White House promise unprecedented transparency?

The Constitution commands that government officers with significant authority (called “principal officers”) are nominated by the president but then are subject to a confirmation vote by the U.S. Senate.

Principal officers include not only cabinet-level department heads, but go five levels deep in executive appointments, to include assistant secretaries and deputy undersecretaries.

Are these bailouts a LOAN, if so, how can they make any changes in the business if there is no default??

conditions of the loan, if you want to borrow money from us then you must meet these criteria... in a functioning market that rarely happens because they'll just borrow from someone else.
