Downside is your car will sound like a pos civic.

hahaha true aside from the obvious, any downside? or would a complete exhaust setup be a better mod?

Not recommended. Vishnu Tuning comment on blow-off valves specifically on the 335 on their site; this quote refers to the Procede tune, but also to the stock setup:

It is best for one to resist the temptation of installing an aftermarket BOV as our cars were not designed to release excess boost pressure into the atmosphere. Doing so will effect the PROcede’s tuning and cause the car to run poorly. The car was designed to recirculate that excess air back into the intake system. Bleeding off the air that was accounted for by the MAF sensor will confuse everything.

And this is aside from the fact that, as Vin infers, it will make you sound like a 17 year old driving a Civic.

so therefore in other words...no intake, exhaust, or bov?

intake and exhaust is fine. BOV is not recommended as it will cause a very rich a/f condition causing a check engine light and will be a dead giveaway for voiding your warranty.

While you're at it slap on some VTEC decals and Honda badges.

Leave the BOV alone :)
