Coding service in Sydney

Hi Everyone

I've recently purchased a OBD cable and successfully coded my E70 X5.

If anyone want some coding done, reply or PM me and we can arrange a time. (Sutherland Shire area)

Some features I have done so far:
Digital Speed In Cluster
Disable warning screen in iDRIVE
TV in motion unlock
Disable seat belt chime
Keyfob eject on engine stop
etc

Cheers
Leon

I have an idea I would like coded, everyone will want it if it can be done. I live in a hot climate with a black 40d. My wife would put our three kids in the car with the ac on while she loads the shopping. I don't want a car jacking with my kids in the car! Do you know if you can code that the brake/gear change interlock can be prevented if the "where's your key, not in the vehicle" warning comes up? Cheers

Unfortunately I dont know anyone in Melbourne offering free coding service, I'll be in Melbourne at the end of this year, happy to code your X5 if you are still keen.

Few other things I have done recently:
- adjust the brightness of the AEs
- AEs as the Daytime Running light
- Euro double hazard lights
- Automatic mirrors fold on unlocked/locked

Cheers

Hi Leon,

Have you managed to turn on street speed limit info to show on the HUD, it was available then stoped by BMW?

No, not yet. You'll need to ascertain which module/units in your vehicle and activitate it accordingly.

Haven't done any coding for E53, should be able to help you out though as most BMWs are similar. I've done coding for my E90 LCI and works beautifully.

I ordered a cord with the SSS, INPA, Progman and a couple of other software packages.. Once I get it, ill have a look - I work in IT, but probably just need to find a quick overview on what all the acronym's mean and the principle, and should be right I hope!
