Hi, I’m not an expert however I tried my best to captured the data you requested.
Mpg is normal, about 15-17 mph.
I used a non bmw generic sensor.

Red face I found the culprit, its a scratched battery...

I found the culprit, its a scratched battery cable caused by a misplaced jack in the back of the x5 that blew a fuse. Mechanic will find a replacement fuse and go from there.

Yes, the battery and poles seems in good shape

Per autozone device the battery is at 78%.
The car is still dead.
I will check the battery terminals in the engine.
