The stripes could definitely slow a vehicle by increasing the drag coefficient, but they can also act as a good bug deflector[emoji12]

Check engine light came on and then went away....

Check engine light came on and then went away. When I checked with the Torque app, it shows fault P0012 code stored in the memory. Xchen, I was wondering if there were any further issues in your case...

I took Ard's advise and got Centric rotors and...

I took Ard's advise and got Centric rotors and Akebono Ceramic Pads, no more brake dust, and they have been doing really well on the X5. Very happy!

Not sure if the mirror can be popped, from what I have seen one can remove the plastic trim facing the front giving access to the motor. Plan is to give that a shot.

My side rearview mirrors are acting up. The side to side movement doesn't work but when I press on the mirror it works for a bit before ceasing again. This is happening on both sides. Any suggestions...

There seems to be a lot left on those tires. However you can always start looking for tires early. I just replaced tires on my E93 with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, what a difference, the car drives...
