pfft....jet black is so soft. I wash with 2 buckets, always do a primary rinse with the pressure washer to knock off the crud and I don't even use towels but a blower to minimize touching it..

I must have done 2 bolt drains, 1 pan drop with filter. On my 4th fluid bolt drain, my trans went bad I feel like 2500-3000 miles later. All using OE fluid. So YMMV....

In my case, it's LED - but we're talking aftermarket rings - with turn/switchback function coming off the turns/parking lights. It behaves fine (switchbacks)...
