Best to check with a steering wheel refurbishing company on that question. I would guess you could have a heated steering wheel recovered no problem.

If it is 90W you have a seal in the pan adapter...

If it is 90W you have a seal in the pan adapter axle housing to oil pan. If it doesn't smell like 90W, your oil pan is leaking and ending up there.
