On the e30 collection we have, the drains end up in the seam at the rocker panels and sometimes floor jacks bend the openings shut....

Mine is that the ABS locks up and doesn't release when it's wet and the trifecta lights go on. If you go forward and backwards it will release.

I have one on the 2001 x5 3.0. Can you inspect yours to be sure it didn't get torn up?
