5%??? That's almost complete blockage. Is that legal? What kind of machine does a cop carry around with him to measure tint? You must of run into one sharp officer to be able to notice the difference...

Front windshield? I wouldn't think you could tint that legally.
I have HP Charcoal Bekaert Solar Gard tinting, not 3M, sorry about the mis info.
The front sides are 32% (68% blocked)
and 22% rear...

I looked at the Huper tint and went with 3M solar Guard. It's just as good at blocking UV and heat. Huper has a great product but don't worry if you can't find it locally.
