Heck of a load on the battery for this test though - ignition on, engine off but headlights and accessories running is probably 20-30 amp load... Even a good battery could show under 12v on the BC...

Given that no LED will be much brighter than the OEM 10w halogen and you like the colour, why not stick with the OEM stuff and not have to worry about setting up the car to run with LEDs? ;)

You need to sort this sooner rather than later - water-only (or a very diluted coolant) can eat your motor from the inside out in short order.... the correct coolant contains corrosion inhibitors.......
