It's no going to be a cheap fix. The trans fluid when it is cold the viscosity is thick enough that any minor internal leak doesn't affect the shift, but as the trans warm up the tran fluid...

The solenoid valve for the variable compressor probably needs to be replaced, but you never posted what the low and high side readings were with the clutch engaged.
