The previous owner may have replaced the tc guides and just used the old gaskets which could explain the leaks .
It would be prudent the check the guides anyway .

You said it had new chains in your first post and that now seems doubtful given the cam covers are leaking .

Why not ask the person selling the replacement engine to measure from the rear of the block to the mount holes and measure down from the head gasket or up from sump/block gasket .
