The CANbus can be tapped in the front or in the rear, whichever you prefer. The AVIN 2 had it tapped in front on its harness and the current Android unit...

The one I ordered off of Ebay claimed to not come with one and the seller wanted $45 for it. I turned it down and said I would make my own. It showed up with the extension harness in the box. YMMV...
