You can try as well opposite version... to disconnect key remote from the car and then connect again! I was doing this just to check it it works or not! It works!
With locked car..hold lock button key in pos 1 or 2 for 1sec take out and keep holding lock button and then 3 times unlock button! Remember this is opposite!

No, this did nothing. It's probably the module

Locked out of the vehicle this morning. Buttons do not work on any of my key fobs, manually insert into driverside door did not unlock the vehicle. Had to have to triple a come to get it unlocked.

I think my GM3 module is done. The center console unlock/lock button doesn't work, rear doors will not unlock. Not even via the interior handles. Trunk does not open from the exterior, but does open via the trunk button.

UPDATE: Key fob issue resolved! (for the time being)

For now the key fob issue is resolved. It was not the key fob circuit board, or the battery, or the DWS, or the FZV antenna, or a fuse, or the door actuactor, or the GM3 module. It was the door tumbler/lock! Removed the door lock because it was broken last week, already have the part ordered direct from Germany. In the mean time put the old broken door lock back in but in the neutral position and all the doors unlock. Key fob unlock and lock buttons work as well now. What a relief it's not the door actuator, GM3 module or FZV antenna. PITA to diagnose and resolve.

Interesting. Was the broken tumbler clocked in a way that wouldn't allow the FOB to work?

Yeah it was stuck to left a little. Almost in limbo. But the door lock was completely broken. I could freely move the key left or right but the car wouldn't unlock. Had triple A unlock it but then the central locking system didn't work. Not even the center console button. Couldn't get the rear doors to unlock either.

Same thing happened to me Sunday, But luckily the center console worked while he tried to get int the car. But oddly didnt work after that.

How did they get on your car?

Is your door lock actuator not functionally as well?

door lock actuator is in good operating condition. The door lock/tumbler was/is the issue for me

Why are you not using the FOB?

The buttons weren't working, they weren't working prior to the door lock taking a crap last week. Door lock mustve been on the way out the entire time (bought the vehicle about a month ago). I had the key fobs sent to CA for repair and that still wasn't fixing them. I looked into the fuses, FZV antenna, DWS led, etc. My last resort was checking into the GM3 module but glad I didn't have too

I see. Did you send the FOB to be repaired by Scott in Cali? Did he say the fob was faulty and charged you? Sounds like it wasnt bad in the first place
