Inner wheel well cover removal?

I've searched to the best of my abilities and no one has covered this that I could find, so I probably has the dumb and need help.

I've got the large main piece removed, but I cannot figure out how to remove that second smaller plastic piece that sits directly behind the strut shaft. I've removed two screws and can't find any more but it won't budge.

It's the piece that has the little box/bracket that holds the connections for the brake sensors.

Any tips? Thanks fellas

I had mine unscrewed the other day but the brake line is in the way to remove completely.
This after removing little box case for wheel speed sensor connection as well.... Which has two push fasteners inside to mount it to frame.

Updating for future readers

You have to remove the box that holds the brake sensor wires, not even sure how it comes off but I just forced/broke it off, i'll deal with it later

Once the little box is removed the cover will be loose and you have to make a cut to be able to wiggle it out around the brake lines
