A5S360R / 5L40 transmission whine

Hello folks.

Long story short - after engine rebuild transmission started to vibrate and whine. Happens in park and neutral, and while cruising in drive and also reverse. Idling with foot on brake in either is just vibrating.

The problem - when mating tranny to engine - the torque converter was not seated properly in transmission and I think I squeezed something while trying to pull everything in place using housing bolts - did not tighten super tight, but something clicked on the second attempt. Last attempt took it back apart - seated torque converter and it popped right in place. Turned freely.

Today changed the oil and filter. Sound is still there. Car drives in all gears but as soon as drive gears are engaged - car vibrates more than should. Car os 2002 X5 E53 with 3.0L M54 engine. Usa model.
Can anyone confirm this as being the faulty torque converter or something else?

Thanks in advance.

Included audio files (could not attach). Take care with the volume as it is quite loud.

fixed. turned out to be fu**ed CCV valve.

After digging up the net I finally found similar video with the noise. Checked for vacuum in oil cap and almost could not open it. Replaced whole CCV system and the problem is gone. Lesson learned.
