Well after doing a little digging, it looks like the 313 has a max load capacity of 550 kg (1212 lbs). Our trucks have a weight of 671 kg (1479 lbs) at each corner, roughly. That would be about 22% overloaded. So that kills that dream.

Depends how you drive.

I tend to drive over curbs on a regular basis, and try my best to not use brakes especially on 270° off ramps. There is a margin of safety built into these things and it's a lot more than 22%.

I would definitely do It myself.

I'd be more concerned about tires that can handle the weight (and of course *I* couldn't get away with using a weaker wheel they would probably look like a Pringle after my first trip through Chicago.

They have a safety factor built in for a reason. Chicago driving is one of them. I'm not willing to risk my families' safety for pretty wheels. No matter how bad I want them. And believe me, I'm Jonesing bad for these wheels on my X. :wow:
