Does my car hate me? :(

Basically over the last few months i've had some issues, such as:

ABS, DSC, engine light came on once.
Tubro issue.
barely any power when starting from cold..

So, since im using the car in the czech republic, i decided to take it home (UK).

So my dad joined me on the road trip...

Now when i was driving to the airport to collect dad, i had problems with power, i'd floor it and nothing would happen! just nothing, it would maintain its current speed, but wouldnt speed up!!!

So dad took over somewhere in germany as i was "driving too slow"
so for the rest of the trip he drove, and the car was FAULTLESS

no problems, no tubro issues or even a noise! just NOTHING
right now the car in the UK, and dad's been flooring it around london, and NOTHING! just a bit of smoke from the bum when cold, otherwise fine!!

Which completely angers me, since it makes me look like a liar!
even BMW cz told me there were problems! yet nothing has happened on that side! so told dad to get it checked out by a dealer in the UK, but whats the point when the car's smooth as silk :(
I just dont understand what happened in that 900 miles that would "fix" everything!

so does my car hate me? :(
cos right now im car-less!! i have to walk!!!

So, you're in the CR, but your dad is in the UK? Or are you both in the UK? :dunno:

we're both from the UK. But i took the car down to CZ as i needed a car. The car is now back in the UK :)

if BMW in CZ found issues why not just have them fix those issues that they found, whether or not they are displaying symptoms right now?

well at the time, i strongly felt that the car was gonna die on me, so i decided to drive it back to the UK and part exchange it, now its all good :(

Well, they still get pretty good money in the UK, so if you're on the fence, Id say go for it...
