Not totally sure on these things but typically clicking is bad cv joints.

Wierd most other stuff should clunk or rattle. Wheel bearing or steering rack maybe. Wheel bearing make some strange noises sometimes but not usually a click. Can you tell which side its from?

Ive had a pickup do something similar when one of the ball joints was bad. I mean this was an f-350 but i heard noises when braking.

Can you "feel it" anywhere in the vehicle (through the seat, steering wheel, or by your feet)? If its the sway bar links, just find a speed bump somewhere and go over it diagonally...even at a walking pace, you should hear/feel a bad link. |

Ok when i go over the bump i can not feel but the sound comes from the right side near the tire it actually happens when sometimes hard braking too u can hear the click noise |
