About a month ago, my sunroof and shade stopped working. They are both currently in the closed position. No matter what I've tried, nothing is working. I've tried to reset the module by holding the tilt button for over 2 minutes but nothing happen. I hear a little whirring sound but nothing happens. Even the shade does not work. On the idrive, I see both the "deactivated" and "malfunction" error. Besides take her to the stealership, does anyone have any idea what else I can try? Thank you.
